Guggenheim Museum Day
But first the promised pics of our hotel, which, though lovely, has sadly disappointed me in the coffee department. There was no coffee available for take out to my room. Very sad 😢

Guggenheim Museum
I have no words to describe my day today. The views were stunning even doing something as mundane as our laundry...
The Guggenheim Museum is fabulous from all view points.
The art inside was impressive, as well. I particularly enjoyed Jenny Holder's work, though the permanent collection was great, too. It's the first time I have used an audioguide and I really appreciated the info and insights it imparted. No pics were allowed of the art (especially no touching, Fay).
Walking around
Dave and I set out to do laundry and still the views are amazing. So many public spaces being used by so many people, families, seniors, tourists, teens, just people. Africkinazing 🆒
The greenery around the city is mind-blowing. The population is about 380 000. The use of public spaces is something we North Americans should consider incorporating into our urban design. People actually live, laugh, love in the city centres.
